Okay, first and perhaps slightly obviously... every day for a year may have been a little ambitious.
I've been thinking alot about the next phase of my life lately. The number one question that keeps going through my head is, "Do I want the next phase of my life to take place in Columbus, Ohio?"
Please don't miss understand, Columbus (C-bus as I like to call it) has been pretty good to me. It's a nice place to grow up. And you can't beat the cost of living but I, like everyone else who has spent most of their life in the same town, will tell you that there is not much to do here. And don't even get me started on the non-existent single scene.
So here's the question... IF I were to consider moving, where would I go? There are a few ground rules / assumptions needed to play this game. Assume:
1) I have a job with a decent income wherever I may go
2) I will have no trouble selling the condo I currently own
3) There is a Starbucks within a 3 block radius of my new location (you may have recently read about my addiction)
So now for a list of the places that have crossed my mind (in no particular order):
1) Denver
2) Virginia
3) San Diego (but soooo expensive and sooooooooooo crowded)
Now it's your turn... I'm open to suggestions so lay it on me - tell me where and why.
What I Know For Sure:
Making someone smile is great medicine for your soul. Making them laugh is like Starbucks... it's highly addictive!!!
